Chuyển đổi số trong công nghiệp dầu khí: Thực trạng và triển vọng tại Việt Nam

Chuyển đổi số là sự tích hợp các công nghệ số vào hoạt động của doanh nghiệp, tổ chức để thay đổi căn bản cách thức vận hành, mô hình kinh doanh và cung cấp các giá trị mới cho khách hàng. Như vậy, chuyển đổi số đòi hỏi nền tảng quản trị tiên tiến, chuyển đổi quản trị song song với chuyển đổi số.
Bài báo phân tích mô hình chuyển đổi số trong lĩnh vực thăm dò, khai thác dầu khí của Deloitte (Deloitte’s Digital Operations Transformation); thực trạng chuyển đổi điều hành số và chuyển đổi số trong quan hệ với khách hàng; các khó khăn thách thức cơ bản trong quá trình chuyển đổi số và đề xuất các giải pháp chuyển đổi số cho ngành công nghiệp dầu khí Việt Nam.
